Anything Goes at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenges

Hi Folks
Just popping by with my second post of the day.  Today sees the start of a new challenge over at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenges.  Our theme for this week is a nice easy one:
Anything Goes

Our sponsor for this week is Lacy Sunshine with a prize of 3 digi images to the winner.

Here is my inspiration project using a super image from Lacy Sunshine.


I coloured the image with promarkers and added lots of glitter for sparkle.  The light blue backing paper is glitter card with two strips of dark blue glitter card added.  I die cut some snowflakes for embellishments and added some gems and a bow.
