Hope you are all well. Thankfully only one day left till the weekend and we get an extra hour in bed as the clocks go back (well, they do if you are in the UK lol).
I have not had a lot of time for crafting this week but had to get this one done as my daughters want it for the weekend. They are going to Leeds to celebrate a friend's 21st birthday.
The only information I was given is that their friend really loves pink and sparkle. I was going through my stash trying to get inspiration and came across an iris folding pattern that I have had for ages. It was just perfect. I will warn you that there is lots of sparkle.
I cut the template for the iris folding out of pink cardstock. The papers I used for the iris folding are pearlescent so they have a lovely sheen to them. All of the glittering around the edge was done by using double sided tape and glitter. How messy did I get. I think I will be finding glitter for weeks lol. I also glittered the chipboard numbers. A ribbon, bow and some sparkly gems finished the card. I also added some stickles around the outline of the dress.

Wowee, what a stunner, Mags! The sparkle is just gorgeous! Your iris folding is so good - a long time ago, when I started cardmaking, I began with iris folding, so I know what I'm talking about when I say that that dress is just fabulous!! Go, you!!!

We here in the U.S. don't turn our clocks back for another week. It kind of messes up Halloween because it doesn't get dark until around 7:20.
