Hobbycutz Recycle Challenge

Hi Folks
Today sees the start of a new challenge over at Hobbycutz Challenges.  Before I tell you what the theme is for this challenge I just wanted to let you know that Hobbycutz Challenges is now changing to a weekly challenge.  We now have two talented teams and some new team members who will be sharing some super inspiration for you.  Sadly, this is my last challenge as I have decided to step down from the design team.  I have had a great time on the team and had the opportunity to work with some super products.  Thank you Kobie for having me on the team.

Now our theme for this week is:
Recycle
Don't forget to tell us what items you have used on your project that are recycled.

Our great sponsor for this challenge is Crafts and Me.  They were generous enough to give the design team some images to work with.  I used this super image called Esme in the Winter for my project.

As this is a lovely vintage image I decided to go down the vintage route and create a christmas card.  After I printed the image I matted it onto red coredinations and added some stickles around the edge for sparkle.  The background papers are from Kaisercraft and are also matted onto coredinations.  Lots of distressing done with my distress tool.  The bottom flourish and the heart are from Hobbycutz and I coloured them using my promarkers.  My recycled items are the rose and velvet ribbon which came on a gift that I received.  The christmas tag sentiment is from my stash together with the two little charms.

Thanks for popping by and looking forward to seeing your creations.  Just pop over to Hobbycutz Challenges to upload your entries.  While there check out the design team's creations, they are super.

I would like to enter the following challenges:
Bunny Zoes - Bingo (ribbon,sparkle,charms)
Artistic Inspirations - Swirls/Anything goes
Crafty Sentiments - Make it girly

The Paper Shelter - Lace and pearls
Divas By Design - Lovely lace
