Anything Goes at Dream Valley

It's time for the first challenge of 2013 over at Dream Valley.  We have decided to make our first challenge a nice easy one for you all - 'Anything Goes'.  I think this will be a popular one.

I went a bit vintage with this one.  The topper was part of a freebie set from a magazine - sorry, can't remember which magazine as it was some time ago.  The strips on the background is actually some Tim Holtz washi tape.  Simple embellishments buy overall I really liked this card.  Another one for my stock of cards.
