Cute Critters

Evening folks
Hope you are all well and having a good weekend.  Went to one of my local crafts shops this morning 'Sir Stampalot'.  Crafty Lou was there demonstrating.  Had a great time picking up a few tips and of course some stamps just had to jump into my basket.  Spent this afternoon having a little play with some of my new goodies.
This is one of the new stamps I got.  It is from the Penny Black Slapstick range.  It is just so cute and I can use it for birthdays and also Mothers Day too.  I coloured it using Distress inks and also Versa colour inks.  First time doing this (thanks Crafty Lou) and I am quite pleased with the result.  Still need a bit of practice.  The papers are Dovecraft - Sugar and Spice.  Made a tatty flower using one of my Sissix dies.  Of course, coredinations is in there which has been distressed and some faux stitching added.
