Happy Valentines Day. Were you all spoiled today, lots of flowers or candy, or both and a nice card maybe......no, me neither. Think my hubby has been hibernating and not realised what today is. Never mind, on the positive side he did love the exploding box I made for him. And I did fill it with chocolates too. Think I might eat those later.
Anyway onto my card for today. And it is another Valentines card, not. Think I have made enough Valentines cards this year, so onto something different.
This is from a lovely stamp set that I got at the weekend from Sir Stampalot. It is a Lindsay Mason design for Personal Impressions and is called 'Fairy Scene'. Simply stamped in black and embossed with clear embossing powder. The backing paper with the butterflies is from Papermania (had it months). You can't see it very well but the red coredinations is actually two panels. I embossed the panels with my dotty folder and added some ribbon to the bottom of each. Finishing touches were the little wire butterflies (from Dunelm), some pearls, sentiment and a small white rose at the top and bottom of the main image.

No, nothing remotely chocolatey for me on Valentines, and he even forgot to give me the card that he had bought (we'd gone away for 2 days as it was school half term and he works in a school). I got the card on the 15th!!!
