Anything Goes at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenges

Hi Folks
Well, another week has gone by and today sees the start of a new challenge over at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenges. 
Our theme for this week is
Anything Goes
You can create anything you like so let your creativity go wild.

Here is my inspiration project using an image from Lacy Sunshine.


I went for something a little different and decorated a gift bag.  The image has been coloured in promarkers before being cut out leaving a little border.  I then added some faux stitching around the image.  The backing paper was from my scraps box.  I created a frame around the image using ribbon and large gems.  I have a plastic template for a little dog so I cut one out of cardstock and added some bling for a collar.  It reminds me of the famous little dog found on a certain brand of handbag lol.
