It's All About Pearls and Lace

Today is the start of a new challenge over at Dream Valley.  Our theme for this fortnight is
Pearls and Lace
We want to see all your creations prettied up with luscious lace and delicate pearls.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Saturated Canary and the winner gets a $10 voucher.  How fab is that?


I created a little birthday card using a super image from Saturated Canary.  The image was coloured with promarkers and I added a few splodges of liquid pearls around the image.  The papers are old ones from my stash but I believe they may be Papermania.  I used black card for the matting and layering.  All of the little flowers have pearls on them as a centre.

    Mags, hun, this is fabulous! The pearly frame is just beautiful, and I think the dark background paper sets off the image perfectly!
