Get In Shape with Forever Friends

Hope you all had a good weekend.  As always it went far too quickly and in my part of the UK it has been a dreary and very cold weekend.  Certainly hope spring arrives soon.
Now today sees the start of a new fortnightly challenge over at Forever Friends.  Our theme for this fortnight is:
Make a Shaped Card

I made two projects for the challenge using an image from Kenny K and a Forever Friends image.


Recipe:  Image from Kenny K, kraft card, paper from scraps box, ribbon, sentiment, embellishment from stash and black pen for the stitching.

I would like to enter this into the following challenges:
Passion for Promarkers - One for the ladies
Crafts and Me - Tag it
I love Promarkers - Anything but square
Stamp N Doodle - Mothers Day or card for a female
Pan Pastel - Girly theme


Recipe:  Forever Friends dimensional sticker, doily, paper from scraps box, ribbon, sentiment, pearl heart and pen for stitching.
